Submittal documents are available to request when we are providing the hardware for a project. Each fabrication project also includes our elevation drawing that displays the hardware schedule for the set on the same page. We detail the top web depth when the dimensions required are other than standard. We also detail stiles to show where beveled or rabbeted stiles are required.
CNC Machined Fabrication
Our state-of-the-art CNC machine can fabricate all six sides of a door up to four feet wide and up to ten feet tall with narrow, medium, or wide stiles. We can hold tolerances to the thousandth of an inch. Every prep is per factory templates, and every prep is exact. The machined holes in the door are half of the process. We also install every piece of hardware that can be installed in the shop, including hinges, exit devices, locks, and closers. Each door is packaged with the installed hardware adjusted and all electronic components tested.
